Each additional hour: $100.00 Due to the rise in gasoline prices we will be charging an extra 10% to the cost of the reservation till further notice.
RENTAL RULES
Please be aware of our
rental rules…
$100.00 deposit is
non-transferable.
Should our service
not be pre-paid in full, balance must
be paid prior to service beginning.
If client extends
beyond pre-arranged service hours, the
additional cost is to be paid at the end
of the service.
Gratuity given is an
expression of appreciation for service
provided. 20% is a norm and should be
paid at the end of the service.
Parking fees and other
additional expenses (excluding tolls)
are not included in the price of rental.
Clients will be responsible to pay for
such expenses.
Under no circumstances
will illegal substances be allowed in
the vehicle. Service will end immediately
upon discovery of usage.
This limousine is
a “Smoking Allowed” vehicle.
Should new burns be discovered after the
evening ends and/or subsequently, any
and all damaged and/or all related parts
of part damaged will be the financial
responsibility of the individual hiring
the vehicle.
A charge of $125.00
will be assessed for each incidence of
vomiting in the vehicle.
This limousine is
destination oriented. You must have a
destination pre-planned. Aimless driving
WILL NOT be tolerated.
During proms and formals,
the limousine will remain at event until
entire party is prepared to leave.
Under no circumstances
will clients be allowed to return to vehicle
after a visit to a sandy shore.
LIABILITY
AGREEMENT: Party hiring vehicle
fully and completely agree that any and
all excessive wear and tear including
excessive cleaning required as a result
of negligence by Hirer, or his/her party,
will result in the cost of replacement
or repair, but not less than $150.00.
Spider-Bite and its employees are not
responsible for items left or misplaced
in said hired vehicle. Party also understands
that pick-up place and drop-off place
are not necessarily the same.
