Spider-Bite, Inc. – Limo Service Terms and Conditions

By submitting your payment to Spider-Bite for our Limousine Service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• If service is not pre-paid in full, the balance must be paid by the client prior to the start of service.
• Spider-Bite, Inc. will not be held responsible for any delays to reservation due to changes in the schedules of events (i.e. concerts, sporting events, inclement weather, etc.)
• If time extends beyond the pre-arranged services hours, the additional cost is to be paid at the end of service.
• Gratuity given is an expression of appreciation for services provided. A 20% gratuity is recommended and should be paid at the end of service.
• Parking fees and other additional expenses (excluding tolls) are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the price of the limousine rental.
• Under no circumstances will illegal substances be allowed in the vehicle at any time. Service will end immediately if any passenger cannot abide by the rule.
• A minimum charge of $125+ will be assessed for each individual incidence of vomit in the limousine.
• A minimum charge of $10+ will be assessed for each drinking glass that is broken during service times.
• This limousine is a destination-oriented vehicle. You must have a destination pre-planned. Aimless driving will not be tolerated.
• During Proms and Formals, the limousine will remain at the event location until the entire party is prepared to leave.
• Please be aware that you may not re-enter the vehicle after spending time on excessively sandy areas (beaches, lakes, etc.) until you are acceptably cleaned off by ruling of the limousine driver.

Liability Agreement: Client (you) and client’s party hiring vehicle (Spider-Bite) agree that any and all excessive damage as a result of negligence by the client and/or client’s party will result in an added cost of replacement or repair no less than $150 and will be the responsibility of the client. Spider-Bite Inc and its staff are not responsible for items left behind or misplaced in vehicle. Client and client’s party understand the pick-up location and drop-off location may not be necessarily the same location.
